Arrow Partners, Inc. serves as independent sales and marketing representative for Bedlam Asset Management plc in the United States. Arrow are compensated for their services by Bedlam Asset Management in the form of a quarterly retainer fee of $35,000 and a percentage of the investment management fees on assets placed under management with Bedlam as a direct result of their efforts. No additional amount is added to Bedlam Asset Management's investment advisory fees as a result of any Arrow role played in the solicitation of new business.
